We guarantee prompt professional service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our factory-authorized and certified service personnel.
As a contract-maintenance customer, all service, maintenance, and replacement parts are provided at no cost. Any equipment, which malfunctions, or fails to perform under normal usage in accordance with the maintenance contract will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Our remote maintenance options allow equipment failures to be responded to within minutes of initial notification. Routine service or individual equipment malfunctions, which do not affect major portions of the system, will usually be addressed within 24 hours.
Maintenance is provided under the following options:
FULL SERVICE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
Covering the complete system and is offered at a most competitive cost. We have a comprehensive incentive program for customers that choose this option for additional discounts on other products and services.
PER CALL MAINTENANCE
Your service will be provided on a time and material basis. This will include an annual administrative fee, plus the hourly rate and cost of material at the time service is requested.
BLOCK HOURS PURCHASE PLANS
You may purchase a pre-determined amount of labor service hours at a discounted rate to be used over a 12-month period.
